Kulturlokal

An ongoing collaboration with Maistei, a curator collective and their current exhibition space the Kulturlokal in Basel. Their focus is on creating space for artists with a queer-feminist approach. The collaboration leaves lots of room for experimentation, be it special inks, materials or typography.

For "See You Tomorrow" we deconstructed the typeface, added graphical eyes to certain glyphs and printed in glow-in-the-dark ink, referencing the night that separates each tomorrow from the last. For "Time to Lick Our Wounds" we designed a poster with merging letters that conveys tenderness and healing.
